Cancellation and Refund Policies

Eisor Hair and Beauty has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases if you simply change your mind. Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, notice must be given as soon as possible by calling the salon. Eisor Hair and Beauty has an after hours answering service and notice may be given by leaving a voice message. We require at least 24 hour notice to be given for any appointment cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. In the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited.

Why are appointments necessary?

Although we do welcome walk-in appointments, we are unable to guarantee the service at your preferred time. Making an appointment is the best way to ensure that the time/day and hair stylist/therapist you want are available.

When should I book my appointment?

We recommend that you make your next appointment on completion of your service to ensure you receive your preferred time/day. Alternately you may contact the salon and book over the phone.

Reminder SMS or Calls

Clients will receive an SMS reminder at least 2 days prior to their scheduled appointment. This provides a reminder for the client and to confirm the appointment. If an appointment is not confirmed at least 24 hours prior, management have the right to give up that appointment to another client. The salon will need to be contacted by phone for any rescheduling.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for all new clients as a client consultation form will need to be filled out upon your first visit. All returning clientele, we advise to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment as this will ensure you are relaxed for your service.

What if I am late for my appointment?

The service you require has been reserved especially for you and we require the allocated time that has been marked out for your service. If you are late, it may limit the amount of time we are able to give you and we may need to reschedule your appointment, so that our next client is not delayed.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.

What happens if the salon needs to change my appointment?

Sometimes there are circumstances that arise when your hair stylist/therapist may be unavailable. We will always give you the choice of another hair stylist/therapist or allow you to choose another time that suits you.

Do I need a deposit?

A deposit may be taken so that we can hold your desired time slot, this is nonrefundable, if you do not turn up for your appointment or simply change your mind. For group bookings of 3 people or more, or where an individual appointment lasts 2 hours or more, a 50% deposit of treatment cost is needed to secure you booking.

Sickness

If a client is sick or contagious, at least 24 hours notice must be given prior to a scheduled appointment. If less than 24 hours is given, the client may be charged the full service fee. If a client fails to show and/or does not call, client will be charged the cancellation fee.

Medical Condition

It is your responsibility to inform your hair stylist or therapist of any changes in your health conditions and have disclosed all relevant medical/surgical history, medications and current symptoms prior to your service. It is extremely important as this may affect your treatment.

Privacy

Your privacy is very important. We will never give, lease, sell, or otherwise disclose your personal information. Any information you provide to Eisor Hair and Beauty will be held with appropriate and professional care, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

Inappropriate Conduct

Eisor Hair and beauty is strictly a non-sexual practice and will not tolerate any illicit, sexual or aggressive remarks, advances or gestures and will result in an immediate termination of the treatment and the client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.

Using mobile phones in the salon

We don’t mind if you need to send messages or check emails during your treatment, but please refrain from taking phone calls if it interrupts the flow of your service.

Can I bring my children along?

Eisor Hair and Beauty do try to provide the most relaxing environment here at the salon so that our clients can fully enjoy the experience. We understand that not all clients are able to find a child minder and we welcome children at the salon although we do ask that it is your responsibility to keep your child behaved in the salon.

VIP Points

We love to reward all our VIP clients for their continuous support and loyalty. So as a reward, every $25 dollars spent in the salon, you will receive 1 point. Points may be redeemed on any full priced hair or beauty service at any time excluding November and December. Please ask your hair stylist or therapist on your next visit for further information.

Gift Vouchers

If you’re looking for the perfect gift for your loved one or a friend then look no further. Our beautiful packaged gift vouchers are the perfect gift if you are looking to make someone feel appreciated and loved.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. You may choose a specific service or dollar value, however the recipient will be able to change the service to the value of the voucher.

You are welcome to organize gift vouchers over the phone and pay by credit card and have the gift voucher delivered to your door or to the recipient. If a gift voucher is to be mailed out, the purchaser will need to pay for postage. Express post and registered post are both available.
